Even holding it closed the button wouldn't stay down and grind the full cycle. Bought this one because it had nice features. When I tried to grind, it bounced around and the top became unlocked.
What a total waste of money. The little plastic locking nub broke the first time it was used.
Now I am looking to spend double the money for higher quality product. No problems until the motor died out after six months of use.
Still working very well. Hands free at this price can't be beat. Comes with a neat little brush on the side too. Still 5 stars.
I use it 1-2 times a day 5-6 days a week. Thoroughly broken in by now. Still very happy with it. Very small amount getting through.
I like it.****** Update******Been using it a while longer now. This is really minor. The grinding basket comes out too so you can see what you're doing to empty. The only flaw is a small amount of coffee powder gets below the basket, leaks through the blade assembly I guess.
off, (dropping it). Using it steady for several months now and no complaints at all. Don't know how people are breaking the knob.
I would expect even a cheepo to last at least a year. I really liked the design. But it broke after a month.
